Holistic Tending Rest and Reset Cancellation Policy: Package or Full Day

if more than 4 weeks/30 days notice of cancellation:

• full refund minus payment processing fees and a $150 administrative fee per booking

• OR Participant could apply the amount minus $150 administrative fee to a different date of same offering

• OR transfer your registration to someone you know with the application of a $150 administrative fee. The transfer of registration will need to happen when you are cancelling, otherwise we will fill the spot from our waitlist.

Pond Retreat Cancellation Policy

‍ ‍More than 2 months prior to retreat:

• full refund minus payment processing fees and an additional $150 administrative fee will be applied

• or change the date with us for a $300 administrative fee for the group*

  31-59 days (1-2 months) prior to retreat date:

• 75% refund per person minus payment processing fees

• or change the date with us for a $300 administrative fee for the group*

  15-30 days (2 weeks-4 weeks) prior to retreat date:

• 50% refund per person minus payment processing fees

• or change the date with us for a $300 administrative fee for the group*

  14 days or less prior to retreat date:

• no refund.

• No date change option, this will need to be rebooked.

*only one date change allowed per group booking. To further change the date, the retreat will become a new booking.

Small Group Retreat Cancellation Policy: Lake, Oasis and Ocean Retreats

If whole group cancels:

‍ ‍More than 90 days prior retreat:

• full refund minus taxes, payment processing fees and a $150 administrative fee per person will be applied

• or the group can change the date of their retreat with the application of a $300 administration fee for the group*

  60-90 days (2-3 months) prior to retreat:

• 75% refund per person minus taxes and payment processing fees

• or the group can opt to change the date of the retreat for a $300 administrative fee for the group*

  31-59 days (1-2 month) prior to retreat:

• 50% refund per person minus taxes and payment processing fees

• or the group can opt to change the date of the retreat for a $300 administrative fee for the group*

  30 days or less:

• no refund.  No date change option, this will need to be rebooked.

If one member of the group needs to cancel:

More than 7 days prior to the retreat:

Option to transfer the registration to another person in consent with your group; a $300 administration fee will be applied to transfer the registration.  Otherwise the above cancellation refunds and timelines apply.

Less than 7 days prior to retreat:

no refund; in special circumstances we will allow a transfer of registration to another person in consent with your group; a $300 administration fee will be applied if we decide to transfer the registration.  It will be too late to make meal preference changes for the new participant.

If Holistic Tending needs to cancel any Retreat:

• Due to practitioner illness or emergency: Full refund or transfer to a different date without fees

• Due to low enrollment: full refund or reschedule the Retreat with client/group consent and no fees.  This does not apply to private retreat bookings specifically requested of Holistic Tending by a group; only applies to bookings that Holistic Tending had offered on their calendar/booking page to the larger community.

Cancellations due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control:

This includes natural disasters, government travel restrictions, medical emergencies requiring hospitalization (with documentation).
